Cabbage is a good low value approach to bulk out your meals, and a beautiful different to extra carb-y gadgets like pasta or rice. Department out from boring boiled cabbage and take a look at one thing like this beautiful Sesame Slaw! I wish to high it with just a few dumplings for an entire meal (these dumplings are from @traderjoes tho, LOL). Faucet the hyperlink in my profile to get the Sesame Slaw recipe! 👉 @budgetbytes .

  • Been eating the sesame slaw pretty regular for the last couple months. It’s a great veggie add. Plus if you keep the dressing separate and store the slaw w a paper towel, it keeps FOREVER. (Over a week. Mostly as I am only 1 person and can only eat so much…)😄

  • The Trader Joe’s dumplings are great, but you should try making them (almost) from scratch sometime. With premade gyoza wrappers, they come together in minutes and cook up quickly. We do them occasionally when my whole family gets together.
